How much is the shipping cost?

We charge a small shipping cost for each order to cover postage and packing at the following fixed rate:

  • West Malaysia – RM 10.
  • East Malaysia – RM 20.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal (credit card & debit card), and local Internet Banking.

How long will delivery take?

Your order will be delivered in 2 – 10 working days (production + shipping), depending on location and subject to peak season.

Can I request to get my order done earlier than the Standard time?

Yes, you can. Printlah delivery express costs RM50. Proceed your print products in 4 working days and you will be received your order by next day. Express delivery is available for Malaysia only.

Note: If order submitted after 5pm, process day will auto 1 day.

How to track the delivery status for my order?

You can track your parcel delivery at here by click on the Consignment number and contact the Courier Service company by provide them the consignment number.

How secure is shopping in Printlah? Is my data protected?

Printlah uses Billplz our appointed secure payment gateway and PayPal to process your payments. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and the little ‘padlock’ icon on your browser confirms this. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

What if my order damaged or defect after received?

Printlah is committed to providing you with quality service and results. In the event your order damaged or defect after received, please contact us at social media or email us at [email protected] and let us know why. We’ll do our utmost best to do you good.

Unfortunately, certain circumstances that are beyond our control i.e. natural calamities, unexpected events, etc are non-replaceable.

Can I request to change the cover material, design or cancel of my order submitted?

All orders are final and once it is placed, any changes or cancellation is not allowed as your order is already queued into the printing process.
